BYLAWS OF VALIDE HUMANITARY AID ASSOCIATION

NAME OF ASSOCIATION

Name of the association: VALIDE HUMANITARY AID ASSOCIATION.

HEADQUARTERS OF ASSOCIATION

The center of the association is Istanbul. The address of the association can be changed within Istanbul with the decision of the board of directors. The association can open branches and representative offices in Turkey and abroad.

PURPOSE OF ASSOCIATION
To provide all kinds of material and moral assistance in kind, in cash, to those in need in disasters, wars and ordinary times in our country and other countries in terms of food, clothing, health, education, fuel, rent, shelter, marriage, starting a family, starting a business, housing and all other matters and to establish soup kitchens. To carry out studies to support all kinds of activities that will benefit the society.
THE ASSOCIATION CARRIES OUT THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO REALIZE ITS PURPOSE
In order to carry out all kinds of activities to realize the purpose written in Article 3 of the statute;

a) It protects the homeless, widows, orphans, street children, people of all ages who are left or living on the streets, those who are separated from their homeland, refugees, and those who are stranded on the road and provides all kinds of in-kind and cash assistance. It establishes and operates soup kitchens, nursing homes, shelters, shelters, slaughterhouses, crèches, guesthouses, tent cities, logistics centers, social stores and other facilities that will contribute to this purpose and provides all kinds of in-kind and cash assistance to such institutions.

b) It provides all kinds of education and training assistance to Turkish and foreign students in need, both domestically and abroad. It also opens dormitories, libraries, classrooms, study houses, courses, scientific research and development centers, schools for the disabled and schools and provides all kinds of in-kind and cash assistance to such institutions.

c) It treats poor patients in need of health assistance, contributes to all kinds of medicine, medical supplies and treatment expenses in cases of birth, illness and accident. It provides their treatments in the country and abroad. It provides assistance to those who establish dispensaries, clinics, maternity hospitals, hospitals, mobile health teams, health cabins, pharmacies and similar facilities that will contribute to this purpose. It provides preventive health services and patient transportation services. It carries out joint work with all institutions providing services in the field of health and purchases services.

It provides equipment and material assistance to the disabled and organizations related to the disabled. It establishes care, rehabilitation, education and shelter centers for all disabled people, provides all kinds of assistance to those who establish them and carries out joint work. It provides funeral support to abandoned people in the event of death.

d) It provides all kinds of material and spiritual assistance to disaster victims who are exposed to all kinds of disasters such as floods, earthquakes, fires, landslides, etc. in our country and other countries. For this purpose, it prepares teams to be assigned in disaster situations and carries out storage activities to keep the necessary supplies ready.

e) It covers the expenses of events such as circumcision, engagement, wedding to the poor and the destitute; it provides in-kind, cash, etc. assistance.

f) It provides food, clothing, cleaning materials, business establishment, fuel, rent, shelter, housing, household goods, etc. assistance to those in need.

g) It establishes scientific, charitable and commercial institutions, locals and foundations that will serve the purposes of the association, and also cooperates with institutions and foundations established by other real and legal persons.

h) It organizes or participates in fairs, bazaars, exhibitions, trips, concerts and similar social and cultural events to provide income to the association and/or for promotional purposes.

i) It cooperates and cooperates with national and international organizations in our country and foreign countries, in our country and internationally, in order to be active in any subject that may be beneficial for our country and nation in line with its objectives. It organizes national and international scientific meetings and conferences, participates in congresses and conferences, has research conducted in cooperation with scientists or universities, prepares reports, and presents them to the benefit of the society and the relevant parties. It organizes competitions related to its fields of activity and gives awards.

j) It accepts donations of real estate, purchases, rents, leases, and uses them in line with the purposes of the association.

k) It carries out activities aimed at the protection of all kinds of living and non-living beings in a natural balance in order to protect nature, which is necessary for the continuation of human existence, contributes to the activities or participates in them personally.

l) It presents the aids specified in the purpose to the public's attention through written and visual publications, and makes or has printed, audio or visual publications that encourage social solidarity and are in line with national and spiritual values ​​in order to draw attention to this humanitarian issue. It also makes or has cultural and artistic activities such as press, cinema, TV film, commercial film, theater play that will serve this purpose. It makes use of the Internet environment in the works that will realize its purpose. It publishes newspapers, magazines, etc. by giving notices and declarations on behalf of the association.
