Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, founded on July 16, 2010, with the principle of "Service to the public is service to God," operates as a non-profit organization with public benefit status. This status allows the association to conduct activities that benefit the public and grants certain legal advantages under this framework. On July 25, 2012, pursuant to Article 27 of the Associations Law No. 5253, our association's application to be recognized as a public benefit association was reviewed by the Department of Associations of the Ministry of Interior and approved by the Council of Ministers with the decision dated July 16, 2014, and numbered 2014/6647.
As a public benefit association, Valide Humanitarian Aid Association benefits from various tax exemptions and deductions. In this context, in-kind and cash donations made to our association can be deducted from taxes within certain limits as stipulated by the Income Tax Law and the Corporate Tax Law. Additionally, according to the Value Added Tax Law, some services and deliveries carried out by our association are exempt from value-added tax.
The Valide Humanitarian Aid Association holds a fundraising permit under the Law on the Collection of Aid No. 2860. This permit allows our association to carry out donation and fundraising activities without requiring additional authorization. Therefore, contributions to our donation and aid campaigns not only provide tax advantages to the donors but also facilitate actions that benefit society.
Our association aims to reach more people and meet their needs by leveraging its status as a public benefit association and its fundraising permit. Our goal is to effectively carry out humanitarian aid activities and provide benefits to all segments of society. In this regard, any support and donations to our association will be tax-exempt and contribute to strengthening social solidarity.
