Hacı Ömer Altun Mosque was built to meet the worship needs of a significant part of the region with its 450 m² worship area, fountain and toilets. The mosque aims to become not only a place of worship, but also a center where local people can come together to organize social and cultural events. Such structures not only contribute to the spiritual life of communities, but also reinforce unity and solidarity.
Speaking at the opening, officials emphasized that the mosque will also host educational activities. The educational programs to be held at the mosque will contribute to equipping the younger generation with religious knowledge and values. These trainings aim to support the religious and moral development of children and youth in the region.

The realization of such permanent works is of great importance for the future of societies.
As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we stand by our children in Yemen, one of the world's most challenging humanitarian crises, who are striving to continue their education despite the impossibilities. Guided by our principle of “equality of opportunity in education,” we provided nutritional support to enable Yemeni students to focus solely on their studies.
