Within the scope of the “Support to Education Campaign” launched to ensure equal opportunities in education and to support children who may fall behind in their education process due to financial impossibilities, our association distributed stationery sets to needy students in Zaira, Nigeria. This meaningful project aims to stand by children who are excited to start their education life and provide them with easy access to the materials they need.
The stationery sets distributed as part of our campaign included the basic materials that every child may need in their educational life. The sets, consisting of school supplies such as pencils, notebooks, rulers, erasers, sharpeners, crayons, etc., aim to help children follow their lessons completely. These aids are delivered to both primary and secondary school students, contributing to the education of students of all age groups.
In the first step of this campaign, we delivered stationery sets to approximately 2,000 students, but this is just the beginning. Our association continues its efforts to reach more children in need of educational support. With the support of our volunteers and donors, we aim to provide stationery to more students in the coming period.
This campaign was made possible thanks to the contributions of our donors who support our association. Each donation brings hope to the educational life of a child. Our association will continue its efforts to contribute to the education of our children, the guarantee of the future, without slowing down. Your sensitivity and support to ensure equal opportunities in education will enable every child to step into a brighter future.
As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we stand by our children in Yemen, one of the world's most challenging humanitarian crises, who are striving to continue their education despite the impossibilities. Guided by our principle of “equality of opportunity in education,” we provided nutritional support to enable Yemeni students to focus solely on their studies.
Valide Humanitarian Aid Association inaugurated another water well with prayers as part of its efforts in needy regions of Nepal where access to clean water is limited.
Humanitarian aid projects targeting families in need across Istanbul continue. As a result of the meticulous work carried out by field teams, carpet heaters and vacuum cleaners were delivered to the identified families.
