Valide Humanitarian Aid Association kicked off its 2026 Ramadan activities with a food parcel distribution in Nepal. Embarking on its journey under the slogan “Ramadan, the Season of Sharing,” the association built bridges of goodwill by delivering donations from benefactors to those in need thousands of miles away.
As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we rolled up our sleeves to bring the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan to the oppressed regions of the world. In Nepal, one of the stops for our Ramadan activities this year, we were guests at the tables of our brothers and sisters struggling under difficult living conditions.
Under the motto “Season of Sharing,” our teams distributed carefully prepared food packages in needy areas of Nepal. The packages, consisting of basic food items, aimed to lighten the burden on families' kitchens during Ramadan while also conveying the message of brotherhood from Turkish philanthropists to the local people.
One Photo, Thousands of Prayers
The sincere prayer of a mother captured by the camera during the distribution once again proved that the aid provided carried a meaning far beyond its material value. The prayers rising as hands were raised to the sky bore witness not only to a food package, but also to the peace that comes from being remembered, from brotherhood, and from solidarity.
The Valide Humanitarian Aid Association continues its educational and humanitarian aid activities around the world without pause. Guided by the principle that “goodness must reach every corner of the earth,” our association has now reached out to students at Islamic schools in Nigeria, the heart of Africa.
