Nepal, known as the roof of the world but one of the countries where access to clean water is most difficult due to geographical challenges, has seen another village gain access to “life-giving water.” The water well, completed with the support of our benefactors, has ended the region's long-standing water crisis.
The Kilometers-Long Journey for Water Has Come to an End
Thousands of people living in rural areas of Nepal are forced to walk kilometers every day through difficult terrain to access drinking water, their most basic need. This burden, shouldered especially by women and children, negatively affects every aspect of life, from education to health.
Thanks to our newly opened water well, we aim to prevent epidemics caused by contaminated water, allow children to devote more time to their education, and improve agricultural and hygienic conditions in the region.
Thanks to Those Competing in Charity
As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we know that every drop of water contains the prayers and kindness of our donors. With the wish that you have a life as precious as water, we thank all our benefactors who supported this meaningful project on behalf of the local community.
In the shadow of attacks, facing deprivation and siege, we do not abandon our brothers and sisters in Gaza as they welcome the holy month of Ramadan. As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we continue to deliver the zakat and sadaqah of our benefactors to those in need in the region, even under the most challenging conditions.
In Gaza, where Ramadan is being observed under difficult living conditions and limited resources, we at Valide Humanitarian Aid Association stand by our brothers and sisters. We take comfort in delivering iftar packages, prepared with the support of our benefactors, to families struggling to survive in Gaza's narrow streets and tent camps.
As Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, we are bringing the blessings of Ramadan beyond borders, to the heart of Africa, Nigeria. We have not forgotten our student brothers and sisters who are striving to continue their education under difficult conditions; with your support, we shared hundreds of meals at iftar tables, united by bonds of brotherhood.
