We did not leave our brothers and sisters in Gaza alone in the run-up to the festival. The zakat and fitra donations entrusted to our association by our benefactors were distributed in cash to families in need, in the hope that they might bring some joy to the festival.
We took action to support thousands of families in Gaza who were unable to make Eid preparations due to the ongoing harsh living conditions. As the Valide Humanitarian Aid Association, through the aid we delivered via our teams on the ground, we helped families meet their basic needs and enabled them to give their children at least a little taste of the joy of Eid.
Despite the challenging conditions in the region, the zakat and fitrah donations you entrusted to us with such sensitivity were delivered to the right hands just before the festival. As our cash aid transformed into beacons of hope on the streets of Gaza, the impact of this support in the region was not merely material assistance, but a steadfast symbol of our brotherhood.
The Valide Humanitarian Aid Association continues its educational and humanitarian aid activities around the world without pause.
