Since the outbreak of the conflict on October 7, 2023, Gaza has been facing a deep humanitarian crisis for more than two years. Although a ceasefire is currently in effect, access to basic needs remains extremely limited.
As of October 2025, under the current ceasefire agreement, Israel has agreed to allow the entry of 400–600 aid trucks into Gaza daily.
However, this target has not been met in practice. According to United Nations data, an average of only 90–110 trucks have entered the region daily in recent weeks—meeting merely 15–20% of the total need.
Over 58,000 people have lost their lives, and more than 139,000 have been injured.
Around 1.9 million people have been displaced, with limited access to shelter and clean water.
The health system has nearly collapsed; many hospitals are out of service due to shortages of fuel and medicine.
The ceasefire has not been enough to end the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Aid remains insufficient, and basic needs are unmet.
As Valide Humanitarian Relief Association, we continue our efforts to provide food, water, health, and shelter support to the people of Gaza.
